The rooms were a nice size with private bathroom, air conditioning, the said breakfast as described.

During my recent business trip to Andorra la Vella, I had the pleasure of staying at the Somriu Hotel City M28. One of the highlights of this hotel was its convenient location, with the next center, Chaldean Spa, being just 1 kilometer away. This allowed me to easily access the spa and indulge in some much-needed relaxation after a long day of meetings. The proximity of the spa made my stay at the hotel even more enjoyable.

One minor drawback I experienced during my stay was the lack of a kettle for making tea or the availability of a kitchen.

Very nice stay, as always. Neat room, everything was good. Satellite television, central heating, and a writing table in the room and the good bed.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel M28 for a short break after spending 5 nights in a hostel. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by shops right on our doorstep. We were also pleased to find the bus stop for the ski resorts only a 20-minute ride away. The breakfast was decent, and although the first morning felt a bit rushed, the following day was much better. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of room in the room. It was also nice to have a desktop fan instead of air conditioning.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, Its very central for shopping. Close to the old town and to the tourist information (much more helpful than hotel staff). Good restaurants and bars just 10 minutes walk away. If you get a room at the front of the hotel you get good views of the mountains and a lovely breeze when the window is open. Ok for one nights stay, but I would not recommend for a longer period.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't seem interested if you couldn't fluently speak Spanish. We had a room that looked into an enclosed shaft, the wall was 4 foot from the window. No air conditioning in our room, so an uncomfortable sleep in 25 degrees plus humidity! The only parking was a shopping mall car park opposite. 35 Euros for less than 24 hours of parking. Couldn't make international calls from Room, staff unwilling to help.

The value for money at Somriu Hotel City M28 was great, with a spacious room, hot water, and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, close to the historical center, shopping, and restaurants. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could be improved with fresher options.

I travel a lot for business and pleasure, this was the worst 3 star hotel I've ever stayed.

Dirty room. There were bugs in the room. On top of this the matrices on the beds were a disaster. I will not ever come back to this hotel. TV Service? Old TV broken remote control.

The hotel had a 24-hour reception, which was convenient for any questions or assistance I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, there was parking available nearby, making it convenient for those with a car.

The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel in the center of Andorra la Vella is perfect for visiting the interesting places in the country. The breakfast was good although there was no replenishment after finishing of some of the meals.

The staff was very helpful and amicable, so I can't wait to come back. The hotel was absolutely great, yet I stayed for 1 night only. The location was favourable and magnificent, close to Church of Saint Stephen. Restaurants and bars were walk from the place.
